The applicants attempted to certify a proposed category of consumers who paid for Master After-Sales Protection Agreements (MPAs) for products not covered by the MPA or eligible for coverage under the MPA and which were not fully reimbursed. We had a racist repairman who came to our house to humiliate us, pretend to need parts, never order them, and when we got to that point, our calls didn`t even get answered. We need collective action.
